Description
Strong winds transformed the North Sea into a restless landscape of waves and spray as northern gannets effortlessly matched the boat's speed just metres away. By photographing from the water's surface, I wanted to immerse the viewer in the experience - the wind driving waves against the boat, salt spray stinging my face, and the birds gliding effortlessly overhead. The image embraces the movement and unpredictability of the sea, inviting the viewer to feel part of the journey rather than simply observe it.
