Description
The most special photo that I have captured so far. I have been trying to capture the eye of a grey whale for the last 5 years, and I finally managed to capture the shot that I had been dreaming of earlier this year. Looking into the eye of this sentient animal, watching it stare right back at me. Seeing what looks like a galaxy held within its eye. I snapped this shot as the whale approached our boat and turned on its side to look at each person.
